RETENTION PERIOD

 

MF has a variety of obligations to retain the data that you provide to us, both to ensure that transactions can be appropriately processed, and also to comply with laws applicable to us and to our banking providers and credit card processors. Accordingly, even if you close your account we will retain certain information as necessary to meet our legal obligations and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.
